Competency aims
The aim of the course is to teach the student to recognize the various aspects that need to be taken into consideration when making funding decisions. The reasons for, and processes for making mergers and aquisitions have also been made clear to the studednt.
Learning outcomes
After the course the student will have a good understanding of various aspects of corporate structures, and restructuring. This includes balance sheet optimization, mergers, acquisitions.
