Competency aims

To teach the student to design web
pages and to
maintain and develop websites. The
course deals
with basics in designing of websites
and Internet
programming. It introduces the student
to protocols, languages and technologies
used on the web.

Learning outcomes

1. Understands the most important
components of
the WWW and knows how they work.
2. Knows the Internet protocols and how
to use them.
3. Knows how to build and maintain web
pages with HTML5 and CSS.
4. Knows the most common web-editors
and knows how to use them.
5. Integrating multimedia.
