Competency aims

The aim of the course is that the student should get and insight and understanding of the basic elements in marketing, i.e. sales and customer service. The aim is achieved through a practical approach where the student takes part in sales training and studies customer service with the mystery shopping method.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to understand and apply the basics in sales and customer service.
