Competency aims
The aim of the course is to give the opportunity to work with a slightly longer script which allows students to use pauses, moods and twists in the narrative storytelling. The course gives deepening for all diciplines in telling with sound, image and expression, and to work in a team towards a common goal.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, students are expected to be able to tell a story that touches, that evoke thoughts and feelings. Find a way to tell the story that is corresponding to the limitations that is existing for the course.
Course contents
The course is a production-oriented course that includes a planning and preparation period and then a recording session. The scripts are written for the course during the course "Script for Fiction" and editing of the film takes place in the course "Principles of editing and postproduction in film"

In connection with the final film over, leaving the student a written reflection of something in the movie that was the big challenge.
The examination is a part of how you have managed to process the challenge in the film. The head of discipline is responsible for the examination of their students.

Assessment requirements
To pass the course the student should work in a production as a head of department in photography, sound engineer ore producing.
Students should taking part in the pitch moment and the evaluation of their own and colleagues' films. The individual tutoring sessions throughout the production process are also taken into account in the assessment of the course.
A personal reflection should be sent to responsible teacher.
