Competency aims

The aim of the course is:
The student should learn how to produce basic websites
Learning how to structure and format information for online presentation and viewing
The student should learn how to use popular web-editing tools and software

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to
be able to:
1. Understand the most common building blocks on the internet and how they work
2. Know what a web protocol is
3. Be able to build websites using HTML5 and CSS
4. Utilize tools typical for designing web sites
5. Integrate images and audio on a website
