Competency aims
The theoretical foundations for caring for sick children and the nursing process. The child, the family and the environment. Clinical considerations concerning children and families related to chronic and acute disorders.
Learning outcomes
Understand the child as patient
and have the ability to perform bbasic care for the child with illness so that the care supports the development, wellbeing and parents

- Clinical issues in pediatric caring ( safety and preventive care, children with chronical diseases, handicappes and their families, children with acute illnesses and their families
