You will develop your competence:

  review information about healthy habits like
  physical activity, recovery, sleep, stress,
• you can use international information sources,
  and use different information techniques in your
  work
• you can promote health by apply knowledge and
  communication tools

After the course, you can:

• describe the concept of Health communication
• be able to account for different methods and
  channels for health communication at different
  levels, focusing on community level
  -demonstrate in-depth knowledge of living habits;
  physical activity, recovery, sleep, stress and
  eating habits.
• can distinguish between can distinguish between
  purposeful and non-purposeful health communication
  and see its opportunities to influence health
  promotion work.
