Competency aims

The aim of the course is that the student:

  • understands the meaning of communication in the coaching process
  • understands the unconscious messages in the interaction
  • can use the most known coaching techniques in the coaching process

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be familiar with:

  • coaching techniques for the different kind of groups
  • coaching techniques in the different situations
  • communication techniques in the coaching situation
  • body language and hidden messages

Contents:

  • coaching techniques
  • sport coaching, health coaching, business coaching, personal coaching, life coaching etc.
  • discussion and communication in the coaching situation
