data, including Statistics, Workload forecasting,
Monitoring complex systems, Queuing, Optimizing,
Service level calculation and Inventory models.

Course contents

Analyzing Operational Data with Excel shows you
how to solve business problems on an operational
level, using many of the Excel?s functions.
These functions are, among others, goal seek,
solver, hypothesis testing. The course focus
on both the excel's statistical functions and
business
problems that are solved with them. We will also
go through how to deal with variable
uncertainty. Using excel to solve queuing,
optimization problems, service level problems
and inventory problems.

20 credits completed from the subject module.
