The student is able to prepare good management
reports of outcome vs budget.

Learning outcomes

After the course the Student understands the
linkage between strategy, annual plans and
budgets. The student can prepare plans and
budgets and knows how to prepare informative
management reports of outcome vs. budget.

Course contents

Budgeting and Budgets:
Income statement budgets
Balance sheet forecasts
Cash-flow budgets.

Best practices of management reporting.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Introduction to Business Administration,
Introduction to Financial Management, or
equivalent knowledge (needs to be discussed with
the examiner).

Missing a deadline will reduce the grade by one
