Upon completion of the course you will be able to:

Explain the meaning of logistical concepts and use
them in communication. (Knowledge)

Describe the material, information, capital and
reverse flows, how these are coordinated in a
supply chain and analyze these also from an
environmental perspective. (Knowledge)

Explain how logistics is linked to the company's
profitability and how it can be improved through
the development of logistics. (Knowledge)

Define delivery service and explain how its
various elements affect the logistical performance
and customer experience in a supply chain.
