Competency aims

The aim of the course is to make the student experience the vast
event production process and develop competences for future event
production work.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected to be able to...

- handle multiprofessional networks and culture event
productions

- explain and use stage and production techniques

- know the branch specific communication situations

- identify the principles of group and team work and
cooperate in
multiprofessional teams

- explain different forms of working communities and act
within
them
- plan and organize activities and functions

- know the principles of organizational work and leadership
and be
able to have a leading work position

- evaluate working community functions as well as plan,
organize
and develop them in a changing reality

Course contents

All practical and theoretical parts of festival and event production.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Cultural management introduction course.
