Competency aims

The student shall after the course be able to produce the central business contracts taking into consideration the frames given by the legislation nationally and internationally.

Learning outcomes

The student is familiar with the basics of Business Law and has knowledge of the rules of the most common business transactions such as contracts, sale, consumer protection, employment contracts, credit contracts etc

Course contents

Company Law, labour law, property law, contracts and torts, sale and consumer protection law.
