Competency aims

To provide a theoretical underpinning to the student's
understanding of people in organisations. To develop an
understanding of managment and leadership, as well as how
to organise and work sucessfully in international teams.

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student should understand the
the structure and dynamics of business organisations, as well
as be aware of the main sources of conflict and why conflict
oocurs. He should be able to draw up a plan of how to
manage change in organisations and how to reduce conflict.

Course contents

Major issues relevant to the study of people in organisations
as well issues in business ethics and leadership.
