The aim of the course is to give a holistic approach
to management accounting and basic skills in
budgeting and calculating

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student is expected
to be able to
- make budgeted income statements, cash flow
budgets and budgeted balance sheets
- analyze information from budgets and financial
statements
- report budget performance at a basic level
- calculate for products and business departments
